The AFI Europe real-estate developer has concluded an agreement for the construction of the next stage of the Trebū HOME multi-apartment residential project with AS RERE Grupa.
As part of the further development of the Trebū HOME residential complex, a new quarter with three six-story buildings and related infrastructure will be erected within the fourth construction stage. A large-scale complex of multi-apartment residential buildings is located in the Pļavnieki neighbourhood of Riga, and it is a green and well-groomed territory that meets the requirements of modern urban citizens. The customer of the Trebū HOME project is Limited Liability Company (SIA) AFI INVESTMENTS, and the construction works within the fourth stage will be carried out by SIA RERE Meistari, a member of the RERE Group.
According to the project, 153 fully finished apartments with a total area of 11,455 square metres will be built at this stage. Three residential buildings within the same residential complex will form a separate horseshoe-shaped quarter with a courtyard. The residential buildings are located in such a way that, within the territory they cover, there is a well-maintained greened courtyard as a separate space for the residents of the building. In the central part of the courtyard, there is a large lawn, a playground, and separate recreation areas.
All houses are designed as Class A (top class) energy efficient residential buildings, with spacious 2–4-room apartments planned. The main structures of a building – the foundation, the floors, and the columns – will be built from cast-in-situ reinforced concrete with self-supporting insulated wall structures.
To create an attractive green environment, in the whole territory, new plantings of various kinds of trees, shrubs, and perennials are planned. There will be open parking lots on the territory adjacent to the houses. Bicycle parking is also provided for the convenience of the residents. An oak alley runs through the entire Trebū HOME territory, which, with the completion of each new stage, is supplemented with new red oak seedlings.
Ilona Striga, Head of AFI Europe Latvia: “We are happy to announce that the development of the Trebū HOME residential complex continues. Our experience and sales results show that residents of Riga, especially young families, are increasingly looking for a place to live outside the noisy and bustling city centre – in a modern green environment with good infrastructure, and we are glad that our customers highly appreciate all the advantages of our project. We are sincerely pleased to start cooperation with AS RERE Grupa, and we are convinced that the new construction stage of Trebū HOME will be implemented at the highest level.”
Prior to the commencement of the construction works, the representative of the general contractor, AS RERE Grupa Chairman of the Board Guntis Āboltiņš-Āboliņš, emphasises the following: “The construction project provides not only for the construction of buildings, but also for the construction of utility systems and roads, as well as landscaping. A safe, high-quality and well-thought-out environment organises the living space, so we, as builders, highly appreciate the opportunity to create such an environment by implementing this investment project in the residential building segment. At the same time, we will be able to apply our diverse construction experience in the construction of both modern buildings and landscape and road infrastructure.”
During the construction works, unhindered access to already built apartment buildings will be provided. In the course of the previous phases of construction, six buildings were erected on the site. The costs of the fourth stage construction will exceed 13 million euro. This construction stage is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2023.
The Trebū HOME project was created as a result of cooperation between the leading Latvian architectural firms ARHIS ARHITEKTI and MARK arhitekti. AS CEĻU PROJEKTS is the developer of the road works within the construction project, and SIA LABIE KOKI PROJEKTI is the developer of the landscaping works within it. The development of building structures and utility systems has been carried out by SIA Būve un Forma, and SIA Daina EL is responsible for power supply and low current systems. The construction supervision of the Trebū HOME project is carried out by SIA Forma 2.
