Reservation of apartments in one of the three new buildings of the Trebū HOME project has started.
Reservation and pre-sale of apartments in one of the three buildings of the fourth phase of the Trebū HOME project has started. A total of 153 spacious one- to four-bedroom apartments with a total area of 11 455 square meters will be available in the three residential buildings. The layout and pricing of the apartments can be found on the project website www.trebuhome.lv.
The buildings are currently under construction and for now are 50% complete. The project uses modern technical solutions and materials to ensure high energy efficiency and low resource consumption for the residents. The main structures of the building – foundation, floors, columns – are made of reinforced concrete.
Ilona Striga, Head of AFI Europe Latvia, states: “The apartments in the last of the previously built buildings in the Trebū HOME project were sold out within two months. Assessing the sales results, we were pleased to see that existing customers are both returning to us and recommending us to their friends and family.

The landscaping of the project area has also been particularly appreciated by the residents. In the new construction phase, we have made changes to the finishing concept of the apartments and common areas, introducing more modern solutions. We will offer two finishing options – standard and premium.”
The apartments in Trebū HOME will be available with full interior finishing, using high-quality finishing materials and modern plumbing equipment. Each apartment will have a balcony, while the ground-floor apartments will have terraces. Apartment owners will be able to purchase storage space, as well as up to two parking spaces in front of their new homes or in the nearby parking area that’s recently been put into operation.
The spacious grounds of Trebū HOME have good lighting, walking, and running paths, benches, children’s playgrounds and areas for sports activities, as well as abundant greenery with trees and blooming plants.
Trebū HOME is a modern apartment complex in Riga located in the residential area of Pļavnieki. Project developer – experienced, internationally renowned real estate company AFI Europe. Currently, 6 apartment buildings have been put into operation and are completely sold out. In total, up to 25 buildings with 1500 apartments and commercial spaces will be built in the Trebū HOME project over ten years, with a total investment of EUR 150 million. The project also includes the development of more than 10 hectares of green space.
