Trebū HOME receives the Baltic Prix d’Excellence Award in category Lifestyle
The fall season has come with great news – Trebū HOME has received the prestigious Baltic Prix d’Excellence Award in category Lifestyle given by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). We are genuinely pleased that Trebū HOME has been appreciated in the lifestyle category!
This is the second time when we receive the Baltic Prix d’Excellence Award. In 2016 Trebū HOME was recognised as the best new project in the Baltic States in category The Housing Complex.
In the official award ceremony, which took place on 25 September 2017 in Riga, FIABCI World President Farook Mahmud from India, the former FIABCI World President Kirkor Ajderhanyan from France, the future FIABCI World President Assen Makedonov from Bulgaria, FIABCI European Region President Ramon Riera Torroba from Spain, as well as FIABCI Latvia President Jelena Rudzite participated.
The excellence award for new projects Prix d’Excellence was introduced by FIABCI together with the prestigious Wall Street Journal more than 20 years ago.
It is one of the most influential awards and it determines the standards for the real estate community all over the world. This award is given by FIABCI for excellent real estate projects on an international scale. The award is awarded during the annual FIABCI congress, when the project developers of each country have put forward their nominated projects for the international award.
The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) is a global organisation, which was founded in 1948 to unite all professionals in real estate such as economists, analytics, real estate specialists, etc. from 65 countries. The number of members is more than one million.
