“Trebū HOME” is honoured at the "The Best Building of the Year in Latvia in 2018” awards
AFI Europe’s apartment building project “Trebū HOME” has earned high recognition among construction industry professionals and has been named third best new residential building in the national showcase “The Best Building of the Year in Latvia in 2018” organized by the Latvian Association of Builders and the Latvian Association of Civil Engineers.
This year, a total of 44 buildings were nominated for the third round of the competition, i.e. the final. The nominated entries were judged by a prominent jury comprised of 42 experts, who represent 26 professional organisations within the Latvian construction industry, along with universities, governmental and municipal bodies.
The goal of the competition “The Best Building of the Year in Latvia in 2018” is to foster an improvement in the quality of the construction process, identifying and promoting the best buildings and examples of best practice within the construction process in Latvia and overseas, as well as to facilitate professional growth and the quality of work within the industry, and to motivate industry professionals to tackle professional challenges, accenting the end result of the construction process, i.e. the building itself.
