One of the leading real estate developers AFI Europe has commissioned four new apartment buildings of the Trebū HOME residential complex - a total of 175 fully finished apartments. The construction cost of this phase of the project exceeds 15 million euros.
Trebū HOME is one of the most ambitious apartment building projects in modern Riga, on the right bank of the Daugava, in Plavnieki where a new residential neighborhood with a rich green landscaped environment is being created to meet all the requirements of urban citizens.
The total area of the newly built Trebū HOME buildings reaches 14,000 square meters. In addition, more than 15,000 square meters of infrastructure and landscaping works were carried out, including the paved streets, roadways and sidewalks. An oak alley crosses the Trebū HOME area, and eight red oak saplings 4.5 meters high were planted here as part of the completed phase of the project.
Ilona Striga, Head of AFI Europe Latvia: “We are proud to announce the opening of four new residential buildings that were built in less than two years. Real estate today is probably the best investment in the future, and very soon our residential complex will be appreciated by the new owners of 175 “Trebū HOME” apartments. Trebū HOME is a long-term large-scale project; the first two blocks of flats are already inhabited and the next phase of construction will begin soon, with three more new houses planned."
Ilona Striga also notes that the main goal of the project is to satisfy the demand of Riga residents for new energy-efficient houses with a well-thought-out and functional apartment layout. Another priority is to create a green, comfortable and safe living environment.
“We are honored that we had the opportunity to participate in this project. This was a challenge as four apartment buildings with a total area of over 14,000 square meters were built in 21 months. The work was carried out with great care and responsibility. Pillar Contractor was also responsible for the territory’s engineering networks, roads, and landscaping works. The achieved result once again confirms our ability to work efficiently and not forget about important details during the construction process,” says Janis Lacaunieks, Chairman of the Board of Pillar Contractor.
There are a total of 175 apartments in the four new Trebū HOME five and six storey buildings - studio apartments with an area of 35 square meters, two-room apartments with an area of 40 to 53 square meters, three-room apartments with an area of 66 to 82 square meters, as well as four-room apartments ranging from 80 to 88 square meters.
Trebū HOME's residents will have the opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of the new residential complex: Class A energy efficiency and a generously green and landscaped territory with various recreation areas - walking paths, spacious green inner yards with benches to rest, as well as playgrounds and sport zones.
Each apartment has a balcony or terrace and individual storage space on the basement floor of the building.
The Trebū HOME project was created in cooperation with the leading Latvian architectural firms ARHIS ARHITEKTI and MARK arhitekti with the Israeli architectural bureau ARC4G.
During the next decade, up to 25 buildings with 1,500 apartments and commercial space will be built as part of the Trebū HOME project, with a total investment of EUR 150 million.
AFI Europe has put four apartment buildings with 175 fully fitted apartments into service, which are part of the Trebū HOME project. The construction costs of this stage of the project amount to over EUR 15 million.
