Development plans for 2024

Trebū HOME is one of the most ambitious residential complexes in Riga, with a total buildable area of over 150 thousand square metres, developed by a developer with 20 years of experience in real estate development. Continuing the development of the project, this year the real estate developer will complete the construction of three more apartment buildings, one of which is already actively being booked.The construction of two new 9-storey apartment buildings (104 apartments) will also start during the year, which are expected to be completed in 2025. In 2024, the developer plans to start the design of four new high-rise residential buildings.
