The energy performance class is a convenient indicator of a building's energy efficiency. The architecture of the Trebū Home residential buildings has been thoughtfully designed to avoid the typical "box" appearance and feel. The building's unique, irregular architecture, featuring many risalites (the extending sections of the façade), made energy efficiency a top priority. Top-quality materials and modern technical solutions have been applied in the construction process to ensure residents enjoy classic home values of comfort, energy efficiency, and safety. Not only has the building achieved an energy performance index of nearly 0, in line with the standards of the LBN (Latvian Building Code) as demonstrated by the required tests, but it has also exceeded the minimum requirements set by the Building Code by nearly double.
