AFI Europe has put four apartment buildings with 175 fully fitted apartments into service, which are part of the Trebū HOME project. The construction costs of this stage of the project amount to over EUR 15 million.
Upon the completion of the structurally and technologically most fundamental construction work and reaching the highest point of the building, on 13 December the rafter celebration was held for the second construction phase of Trebū HOME.
The real estate developer AFI Europe has signed a contract with the Pillar Group company Pillar Contractor regarding the construction of the second phase of the apartment building project Trebū HOME. The signed contract provides for the construction of four apartment buildings containing 178 fully finished apartments. The buildings will span a total area of over 14,000 square metres.
